PosInfos hover error #11909

	static function main() {
		final int = foo();
	}

	static function foo(?pos:haxe.PosInfos):Int {
		return 0;
	}
}

Hover over int to get:

[Error - 17:20:13] Request textDocument/hover failed.
  Message: Typecore.WithTypeError(_)
  Code: -32603

Dev regression, works in latest release.
