Add alert once done

Outcome
When focus time is up, it plays buzz-work-done alert with alert pop up.
Alert has dismiss button, once a user clicks discard, alert disappears and sound stops

When break time is up, it plays buzz-break-done alert with alert pop up.
Alert has dismiss button, once a user clicks discard, alert disappears and sound stops

To do
Play audio once time is done for focus/break
