OpenFOAM 3.0.x user directory with cases and developments

To compile the turbulence models (including the findroot directory for the kOmegaSSTgammaReTheta) just copy the contents of the cloned folder to your OF user folder and run the Allwmake scrip in src/TurbulenceModels.
