[imported from HPE issue 323]

gc-demo is currently hardcoded to look for the names file in ../../../tools/gcdemo-init/usernames.txt and the graph in /data/gidra/soc-pokec-relationships.txt. These should be reworked to use ruts::env_string() with pwd-relative defaults.
