Prevent icons from being aligned behind the taskbar when it is not necessary.

• ensure the new/first icons (when aligned in the top left) are not being aligned behind the taskbar.

This makes it a bit more difficult to read them, and that is not necessary in this case. One can manually drag the items to the right, but apparently newly created items are still put behind that taskbar on the left for starters.
