Can't use the Share button on Chrome on Mac!

When I click the "Share" button, as of August 29th, I get this:

It is very annoying and I don't know what it means, I've never seen it before, I just want to copy the text to my clipboard like usual! (I have taken to copy-and-pasting the contents of the pop-up instead but it's not as good, it doesn't have the URL in it.)
