Climate start action does not work

Describe the bug

Running the start climate action does not do anything in the car. The action does complete successfully and there's no errors.

Locking and unlocking the car works fine through actions

I have a script that used to work but hasn't worked in maybe a few months.

Things I have tried: removing and reinstalling the integration. Logging in and out of the kia app. Sacrificing 3 chickens. Running the climate start action with different features turned on and off as a last resort
