[PROD] API documentation - deprecating other versions

There was a previous ticket re the multiple different versions/sources of GO API documentation, and which ones should direct to other ones, and which ones should be deprecated. The 3 versions I'm aware of (GO Wiki, https://goadmin.ifrc.org/docs/ and the Swagger URL all point to each other now, so that is great.

HOWEVER there is another nother source of GO API documentation that is not deprecated and not referenced elsewhere:

Can you please take a look and see what purpose this serves, and if it should be incorporated or deprecated or ???
