Add filters to the Pending Users screen please

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have a load of users who are still "Pending Users" - and regardless of whether we in future change the registration workflow we will still need to deal with these users.

Can't currently filter by region or by NS or by date (only by whether email is verified)

Describe the solution you'd like
Please add filters for the other columns that are showing

• region (must have)
• national society (if that's feasible, might be too many, in which case don't worry)
• date range (if that's feasible - at least by year!!)
