Translate the existing Assessment Tab data to all language

Expected Behaviour

1. Make sure Overview Table is registered to translation.
2. If Overview is filled in one language..all existing tabs for eg; Assessment, Prioritization, WorkPlan should be allowed to add in that particular language.
3. Make translation on the tabs based on the laguage of parent; for now parent being Overview
4. For Assessment Tab, we need to do translation for following tables.

Table Name	Field Names

FormComponent	title, description, status
FormComponentQuestionAndAnswer	question, answer, notes
FormAnswer	title
