Footer: Add link to wiki, remove link to Twitter, link version number to release notes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

GO wiki is useful but it's not visible almost anywhere on the frontend.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add a link to GO wiki to GO footer.
• Remove the link to GO Twitter account from the footer as GO Twitter account is not used at all.
• Consider linking the version number (see screenshot below) to release notes on GitHub or on GO wiki

Describe alternatives you've considered

Consider adding GO wiki also to header.
