Hola!
Para la tarea todo se hace únicamente con Pandas y SQLite o tengo que instalar alguna otra librería?

Debes tener además una librería para los gráficos, como puede ser matplotlib, y para realizar la regresión necesitas sklearn.
Esta última se puede hacer de la forma que se menciona en los notebooks :

pip install -U scikit-learn
