thank you for the notification, we will have a look.

Dear @lorincztamas,

it seems to be an external issue with the EC captcha service that doesn't allow the validator to verify the answers of the captcha.
We disabled the captcha to allow the users to perform validations and we will restore it when the problem is solved.

The captcha is again just scrolling and not validating any further.

I tried it in other browsers/networks and the result is the same.

it seems there is a general issue with the domain ec.europa.eu.

The captcha loads very slowly now, but after a while, it seems working.
