This should be targeted at a researcher who potentially has zero experience with Globus; giving them minimal step-by-step instructions sufficient to be able to upload data to the NESE endpoints on their own.

It should also document the end result - document clearly how the data will be served to potential users once uploaded, and otherwise create realistic expectations of the process.
