Add 3D metadata block to Demo Dataverse for testing

@sbarbosadataverse and I met today with folks from Harvard Library, Boston College and Open Forest Data to discuss plans for testing new metadata fields for describing 3D data. We'd like to add the metadata block to Demo Dataverse so that the fields can be reviewed by folks who publish 3D data.

Folks at Harvard Library are editing the metadata block based on the review during the meeting. After it's edited, I'll add the TSV file in this GitHub issue.

@sbarbosadataverse and I plan to meet next week to plan for testing the new fields.

I'm adding a Zip file that contains the metadata block TSV file, plus a .properties file in case that's needed.

I'm closing this issue since the plan's changed. Since we'll be adding the metadata block to the blocks that ship with Dataverse, before testing, we won't need a dedicated issue about adding the metadata block to Demo Dataverse, since it'll get added when the Dataverse release (e.g. v6.#) is applied to Demo Dataverse.
