When running a solver on oSPARC it can happen that the solver reports progress 100, but that the state is not yet equal to "SUCCESS". Most likely this is not a serious bug and simply because the solver is done running the simulation, but the results are not uploaded yet. However, it would be nice to align these two, so that the SUCCESS occurs only if progress==100
