osparc-dask-gateway and director-v2 services cannot be upgraded to SQLAlchemy 2.0 unless the dask-gateway dependency receives an upgrade.

see dask/dask-gateway#715

Alternatives are:

  • stop using the SQLAlchemy-based backend in the dv2 tests
  • stop using dask-gateway altogether
  • create a fork?
