Hide roles on the narrator page

Hide the roles on the narrator page so that no one sees them by mistake.
Allow the narrator see them if he long-presses on the player name, maybe also set a timer so that the role automatically disapears after 5 seconds or so.
For players who died, you may always make their role visible.
