Problems getting apache website to work

Hi,
great project - i'm trying to get it up and running following the tutorials and got stuck with getting the react app to work.
When trying to do npm run build i'm getting npm error Missing script: "build" and when trying to do npm run start getting: npm error Missing script: "start".
Trying to run those commands from /home/myuser/pi-sniffer folder.
Any hints?
