Update Blazor docs to explain the performance impact of using blazor templates vs js templates

Should probably be a part of https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-blazor/blazor/components/grids/grid/column-types

Basically codegen already only uses the faster templates and we promote them with code snippets. However, I can't find anywhere where we explain the performance difference and where it comes form. (This could also be a whole new section of the performance doc)
