A batch file can
- Start MySQL Service
- Stop MySQL Service
- Check MySQL Service Status that is running or not
- Modify MySQL Service configuration
- Clone batch file or pre-compiled EXE file to your PC
- If you are using batch file you should run it as Administrator or
- Make a shortcut and right click on shortcut file then go to the shortcut tab and click on Advanced and check Run As Administrator
- For EXE file Administrator manifest included before, So you wont need to do anything for Administrator Privilege
