Installation package should include:

MIAerConn app to be installed in "C:\Program Files (x86)\TCI\MIAerConn" folder, along with the required lib/dll files.
TCI need libraries (at their appropriate version and locations), including TCI Audio Provider. No header files.
VLC Server (Use silent installation of the VLC - https://wiki.videolan.org/Documentation:Installing_VLC/).

Installation package should also perform the following configuration.

Activate MIAerConn at startup as a service
Activate VLC at startup as a service, providing recast of the audio interface
Create windows firewall rules to accept incoming requests from any private network (10.0.0.0/8, 172.16.0.0/12 and 192.168.0.0/16 to the default service ports).
