Hi @CyunXiong Please first check whether permission to access the camera hardware and permission for applications to access the camera are both set to 'On' in the Windows camera privacy settings. This can be done using the instructions at #3381 (comment)
If you find that both settings are already On then try completely uninstalling and reinstalling the two RealSense camera drivers (Depth and RGB) in the Windows Device Manager interface using the instructions at the link below.
