I downloaded the latest librealsense from github and all the provide sample programs are failing. It must be something simple that I am missing but everything dies in libusb_init. The same hardware setup (and USB ports were being used successfully with the previous version of librealsense. I have tried unplugging the camera and even rebooting. Is there a bios update required for this version?

I should have added that I am in 64-bit with all my tests and that I am running the Oct. 2018 download of Windows 10 on my desktop system. I am trying a laptop now...
