/is delete not clearing maximum purchasable island size

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable upgrading island size (e.g. standard is 50x50 --> then 60x60 --> 75x75 --> etc...)
2. Generate island using a schematic which has blocks (e.g. chests, such as to be accessible after purchasing size enhancement) outside starting size but within maximum purchasable island size
3. Delete island

Expected Behavior

It was expected that the full island area within maximum purchasable island size (e.g. 200x200) would be cleared upon island deletion.

Actual Behavior

The area up until the current size enhancement was cleared (e.g. 75x75).
