Steps to Reproduce

/is home appears to not use the Essentials teleport cooldown. E.g. /spawn is delayed yet /is home is instant.

Expected Behavior

I expect /is home (or any IridiumSB teleports) to have the same cooldown.

Actual Behavior

IridiumSB teleports act instantly despite the Essentials cooldown.
