Make a pretty theme for the sandbox

We're going to have a sandbox - let's make a nice theme that goes on it, that other people can use! It should be responsive, and help "sell" CLAW to non-techy people.

To quote ajs6f on IRC: "A project that takes care of its appearance has more confidence and finds it easier to meet people."
