Support adding user group or group members of Jira groups to new channel

We use groups in Jira and when the ticket is assigned to a group (aka the team), this cannot be added to the channel.
Though the same named team/group exist in Slack as well.

Trying to add the assignee I would get [email protected] not found/cannot be added (sorry, don't remember the exact message)
