Requirements

I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate
I can confirm this feature request is not already implemented in the app

Description

TTS engine selectable
trigger TTS in main chat

Possible solution

expose TTS API options / trigger configuration menu
or even external services: tts-generation-webui, xtts-api, whisper
