현재 동작

  • 기획자가 프로젝트 기획서(이번 학기 진행하고 싶은 기획서)를 제출하고 나서, 조회할 때 보이지 않는다.

기대 동작

HTTP GET /api/v1/boards/{applincant-id} 응답에서, fileUrlForPlanner, fileUrl, portFolio를 Viewer 페이지에 적용한다.
