Using image commands on large media causes resulting gif to be cut

Describe the bug
When using a command (such as -caption) that modifies an image or gif on large media causes the output gif to be cut off by a few seconds

Expected behavior
The output should not be cut off

This is expected behaviour and it’s a limitation to reduce load on the processing server. The limitation can be reduced through voting, or paying for the premium features. However, it could probably be better documented in the bot itself to reduce confusion so I’ll leave this open to address that.
