What are you trying to do, and what do you expect to happen?

edit my model by editing the parts in the OUTLINER

What happens instead?

nothing shows up in the Outliner, UV or textures even if i click on something nothing still shows up absolutely nothing not even the search bar

I haven't heard of that plugin, it may not be up-to-date. Try without any plugins.
