Python 3.13 only supported on MacOS 15+ for ARM(M-series) processors #492

Due to a weird quirk in the wheels for CVXOPT Python 3.13 wheels only exists for MacOS 15+ for ARM(M-series Processors)

Please use Python 3.12 or update to MacOS 15 if you are running a mac
