Azure Roles mapping

Hi,

Great plugin, thanks very much.

I was looking to request a way to provide teamcity roles from AzureAD. For most other applications I can define appRoles for my application which would get sent to teamcity and translated into roles on the application. It would be really useful to have something similar here.

Obviously there are a lot of edge cases here that we can discuss here as to when you remove roles etc that can be discussed.
