This is the Jia Lei Andriod learn project
There is only one MainActivity, but each chapter has one package to include all example Activity for it. the it can to change the manifests to let the app to show which example

- ALL example is come from book Crazy Andriod
- layout file is not split to each package by chapter, all of them all in Layout folder
