vtk file not rendering in paraview #8

I succeeded running FLAMINGOlite on the example Hi-C link file (4DNFI1UEG1HD.hic).
But when I upload the vtk file (https://web-genobioinfo.toulouse.inrae.fr/~klopp/msdfhlkqjsdhflqkjshflk_flamingo/chr21_5kb.vtk) in paraview I get the following error :

ERROR: In ./VTK/IO/Legacy/vtkPolyDataReader.cxx, line 249
vtkPolyDataReader (0x57fd206f5db0): Unrecognized keyword: 32000000

Could you help me out?
