Not totally a duplicate (because this includes a predicate), but close enough that I'll close #23 and call that out here.

Perhaps also WhereNone should exist (for completeness sake), even though there isn't much value other than to call .Count() after, but you could just use .Count(o => !o.HasValue()) instead.

I think I'm onboard with including these extensions (except maybe not WhereNone). @RyanMarcotte Thoughts?
