Teamwork task: Staged Payments Table UI Fixes

Description

The columns in the Staged Payments table change positioning between the creation and the motion stage.

This causes the content to shift between the creation and competition stage and again, once the motion reaches the payment stage.

This PR should keep the 'Amount' column in the same place as per the Figma designs.
