i am win11 and use Microsoft Store install.

I am having the same issue. Windows 11, installed with the MSI package (Version 1.2.0)

I think I figured out what the issue is, at least by me. The user profile is using folder redirection to a file server. When I created a local documents folder under the user, the software starts correctly.
