There are some issues on linux, especially with complex numbers. Maybe these could be resolved by building CLBlast with clang (as julia)?

Some problems can be resolved by building CLBlast with clang, cf. JuliaGPU/CLBLAS.jl#23. However, it is not that easy to do this using BinaryBuilder.jl, cf. https://discourse.julialang.org/t/binarybuilder-jl-use-clang-for-linux/12039/2.
