Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to be able to have access to the upgrade device endpoints and use them to manage firmware versions on switches, gateways, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to use the TF provider to be able to manage firmware versions/upgrades with my devices easily.
