Syncing with Grafana-plugins repo

@torkelo has created a repo for organizing grafana plugins. The versions of the KairosDB plugins he has there now are out of date (pre 1.9.0). https://github.com/grafana/grafana-plugins/issues/4

Would be great if we could keep these in sync. See the Gitter history for this repo for a recent example of where a new user was confused by the outdated plugins from the other repo not working.

I don't see a very practical way of syncing both repositories. Duplicating the repo was probably a quite bad idea here...

The latest version is being maintained in grafana repo, trying to get it into shape for eventually being included in grafana
