Kavita+ Series in a library with matching disabled will still "match"

What happened?

Went to a series in a library that supports matching but has matching disabled. it did not pull the metadata but it did pull ratings/recommendations/reviews. it was also removed from the not matched table

What did you expect?

Matching shouldn't function in libraries where it is disabled
