多格式转换机器人，提供 ass2srt vtt2bcc srt2bcc ass2bcc 等转换。

Setup

Edit the robot's config Config/app.toml

Request a botToken

Edit subtitle source information Config/config.toml

Send the subtitle file with the format you need to convert in the caption (lowercase 3 letters).

*2bcc 会默认压扁源文件的时间轴，重合部分重新生成字幕。
