The idea is to have a way to customize the description of complex condition, created by applying and or or to other conditions...

Example of usage:

has.exactText('').and(has.value(‘’)).as(‘is blank’)

Implementation:

export class Condition<E> {
    ...
    as(described: string) {
        return new Condition(described, this.fn);
    }
    ...
