Tuya TS0505B_1 devices disapear from dashboard after several minutes

Hi All,

I am running zigbee2mqtt 2.0 on RPI 4b as docker. As coordinator I use Sonoff USB dongle. I have several devices paired (several vendors, several different device types). Recently I started to use RGB led bulbs from Czech vendor (Emos, part of Legrand) which are identified as Tuya TS0505B_1 after pairing. All devices are paired correcly. Devices are reporting stae, RGB color, etc. to z2mqtt as well as to Home Assistant.

However - after I turn on the switch (on the wall), wait 10-15 minutes, all Tuya devices disappear from the dashboard. I tried 6 different bulbs but with the same result.

When I pair these devices with another coordinator (same Sonoff bur directly managed by ZHA inside Home Assistant), no issues here.

So - how to troubleshoot this? Any clues?

So - I have a solution....

Once I paired the first bulb I plugged second, turn on switch, clicked on Permit join (All) in z2m dashboard.... wait for pairing... repeat for the third bulb.... etc....

Well - each bulb acts as router. And that's the problem... (sort of). Every bulb needs to be paired with Controller, not to leave zigbee network to decide which router use to proxy connection to controller. This means - when allowing pairing within z2m dashboard, I have to choose Controller as permitted device to allow connections to....:

Once I paired my bulbs via Coordinator, devices remain in the dashboard even they are not turned on for long time, as well as devices are not randomly leaving zigbee network.
