2. What could be improved? (Are there any thing in the team that wish could be changed?)
   (Team dynamics, team management, task allocation and management, etc.)
3. What will we commit to improve in the next milestone? (Do you have ideas that could improve the current situation of your team?)
4. As a leader, do the members of the team know the issues you face?
   – Human relationships, Team cohesiveness etc.

Each improvement (bullet points 2 and 3) should be filed as an item in your team’s
project board and assigned someone to own the item. These items’ owners must
ensure improvements are implemented in the subsequent milestones.
