Feature Request: Add a line indicating the Tier number in the tooltip #24

It would be nice if the tooltips included a line indicating which tier a token belongs to.

It would also be nice if tier and redemption location could be displayed on tokens that can't be redeemed by the current character

An addon called TierTooltip provided this function, but it hasn't been updated since MoP.
