Included fmt library not compatible with Intel 19.0.4 compiler

While trying to compile Serac with Intel 19.0.4, I came across a known issue in the fmt library (see this issue). It should be fixed in the latest develop, but is not currently in a released version.

I assume you will hit this as well when you try to update your compilers, so I wanted to save you some time in the information discovery phase.
