模拟器版1.0，如果把人民石油放在9号位置，拉货拉到9号位，会造成点击右上角的公告标识，造成卡住。。。验证应该是人民石油太高，闪亮位置与鼠标放置位重叠。

可以调整代码位置解决，或者把人民石油放在别的位置。
